What is the Legacy Capital Campaign?
The Legacy Capital Campaign is a fundraising and investment initiative to renovate the historic H. Runge & Co. Building into the new home of the Cuero Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture and Visitor Center.
Where is the building located?
The building is located at 101 W. Main in downtown Cuero.
How large will the new facility be?
The building provides approximately 5,000 square feet of space for Chamber operations, visitor services, member resources, meetings, events, and community use.
Who will benefit from the project?
The new facility will serve Chamber members, local businesses, entrepreneurs, visitors, community organizations, and the broader Cuero community.
Will the event and meeting space be available to the public?
Yes. The approximately 1,000-square-foot meeting and event space is planned to accommodate up to 100 people and will be available for Chamber programming as well as community rentals.
How can I support the campaign?
Support is available through naming opportunities, campaign investments, sponsorships, and other levels of participation. Learn more.
Can a naming opportunity honor a person or family instead of a business?
Yes. Naming opportunities may be used to recognize an organization, celebrate a family, or honor an individual or loved one.
