For generations, the Cuero Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture has served as an advocate, connector, and resource for the local business community while also welcoming visitors and promoting all that Cuero has to offer.

This project will give the Chamber a facility that better reflects that role. By investing in the building, we are creating new opportunities for business development, collaboration, tourism, community engagement, and future growth—all while preserving an important piece of downtown Cuero.

Located in the heart of downtown Cuero, the historic H. Runge & Co. Building is a familiar part of the community's story and is remembered by many as the former Fair Department Store.

Rather than allowing this landmark to fade into the past, the Legacy Capital Campaign offers an opportunity to give it new purpose. Its next chapter will honor the building's history while transforming it into a space designed to serve Cuero for generations to come.

The renovation will thoughtfully preserve the character of the historic building while creating a modern, functional facility for members, visitors, and the broader community.

• A flexible 1,000-square-foot event space with capacity for up to 100 guests

Naming rights investors will be recognized as Founders of the project, with prominent recognition within the building and on the campaign website.
